dogs and cats beware
bloodline is a horror film directed by eagle barber that i worked on with him back in the late spring. It's about some kids that go into the woods that was occupied by a crazy grounds keeper up until his recent firing. as you might have predicted they start disappearing and all hell breaks loose. we shot it in the middle of nowhere in arkansas in about a week or so, maybe a little more. it was a blast to work on, and just a great experience. i was the cinematographer, and used my panasonic dvx100A on the shoot. i guess the news is that eagle is coming my way and we'll have it completely finished around the end of august or start september. i think that there will be a premiere of it in ft. smith arkansas, and possibly one near me. beyond that we've talked about a lot of different possibilities of getting it out there, so depending on how things turn out i'll let you know.

i'm really looking foward to this one! i don't know if i can make it to one of the premieres. maybe you can have an online premiere.

i think that eagle and i are both the sort of people that are embracing the new movie technologies in a way that we'd love to have some sort of internet premier, but it's a long movie, atleast a lot longer than anything i've ever done or have seen on the internet. i did a lot of work on the thing, but eagle wrote and directed it, so in the end it's really his call on what happens with it. i suppose though that step one would be getting the damned thing finished, haha

Hopefully I'll get to see the film, Eagle and yourself sometime next year, post some pictures of the premiere for your old Scottish buddy. Good luck with the editing, I'm beginning to hate Final Cut Pro!
eug just sent me some pics of all of us in union square, good times. but yeah, i guess that's the point of this thing, to put stuff like that and such up. final cut pro is your freind stuart, not your enemy. do you remember that hipster editing chick telling you that you couldn't have four cideos on screen at once, while you had four videos on screen? good people.
